Recipe Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Spray a 2 quart casserole dish with non-stick spray.

Heat a large skillet over medium heat.

Fry bacon until crisp.

Remove bacon from pan, chop, and reserve the grease.

Add onions don't garlic to the bacon grease and saute for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add cream cheese and chicken broth.

Heat and stir this mixture until smooth.

Add green beans to pan and mix well.

Pour mixture into greased casserole dish.

Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bacon. Add a few tablespoons of fried onions as a garnish if you like.

Bake for 25 minutes, or until brown and bubbly.
