This green goddess dressing recipe is both keto and vegan, with avocado adding creaminess and body. To keep it easy, our recipe only calls for parsley green onion, but additional herbs are welcome and will add depth of flavor. Try it with fresh chives, oregano, tarragon, or chervil.
Add the avocado, parsley, green onion, salt, and half the water into a food processor. Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
Add more water, one tablespoon at a time until your desired consistency is reached. Enjoy!
