In our opinion, okra is an underused and underappreciated vegetable. Give it a little love by trying this recipe, which combines halved okra with sliced onions and spices for a dish that's healthy (okra has lots of fiber and vitamins) as well as delicious.
Preheat the grill over medium-high heat.
Toss the okra and red onions in the oil, paprika, cumin, turmeric, salt and pepper.
Place the veggies in a grilling basket and grill for eight to 10 minutes, until the edges are charred. Remove from grill and enjoy!
