Recipe Instructions

Sauce:
Sprinkle salt on cucumber chunks and let sit for 5 - 10 mins.
Combine the cucumber with the onion, yogurt, sour cream, mayo garlic, garlic powder and dill in a food processor or blender and blend until there are no chunks.
Refrigerate for 1-2 hours before serving.

Burgers:
In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, lamb, and seasonings together until well combined.
Form the meat into 6 patties.
Grill until done.

To Assemble:
Place a burger on a plate.
Top with a spoonful of sauce.
Add Feta cheese and onion on top of the sauce and serve.
