These ham and cheese eggs cups are a fun and different way to serve eggs. For a sumptuous keto brunch, serve with keto lemon muffins and berries topped with whipped cream.
Preheat the oven to 400°F (205°C). Grease or line a muffin tray or use a silicone muffin tray.
Line each cup with a slice of ham and top with cheese. Crack one egg into each ham cup and season with salt and pepper.
Bake in the oven until the eggs are cooked through, about 12 to 15 minutes.
