--- Deli Ham Slices

Recipe Instructions

With a mixer, mix the cream cheese and heavy cream until it's smooth as spreadable.

Dab ham with paper towel to get rid of moisture and allow the cream cheese to stick.

Spread cream cheese mixture evenly on the ham (about a 1/8 inch think) and completely cover.

Place 2 pickles end to end at one end of the ham on top of the cream cheese.

Roll the ham over the pickles tightly and keep rolling untilyou meet the end of the ham.(should be a long tight roll)

Continue with the rest of the ingredients and then refrigerate 30 min.

Remove from refrigerator and slice the rolls into ½ inch rounds and serve.
