Not only is this gravy keto-friendly, you only need five ingredients and less than 10 minutes to whip it up. This thick and savory low-carb gravy can be made with beef, chicken, turkey, and veggie broths, or even with bouillon cubes or meat drippings.
Before turning on the stove, add all ingredients to a medium sauce pan. Whisk thorough until the xanthan gum is absorbed (there may be a few clumps on top that will not absorb until heated).
Turn the stove on to medium-high heat and bring the gravy to a boil, about 5 minutes. Continue to whisk for 1 additional minute.
Remove from the stovetop and serve hot.
