Homemade Keto Pasta (Only 4 Ingredients!)

Did you know that you can make your own keto pasta completely homemade with only a few ingredients! Similar to making traditional pasta, you simply mix all of the ingredients into dough, allow to sit, and then cut into your favorite pasta shapes and cook. This homemade keto pasta recipe is the perfect addition to a tasty Swedish meatball dish!

 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
 1 large egg, seperated
 ½ packet unflavored gelatin
 1 tbsp water

In a bowl, combine the water and unflavored gelatin. Allow to bloom (thicken).


In a microwavable-safe bowl, melt the shredded mozzarella cheese.


Stir in gelatin and mix until well combined.


Add in the egg yolk.


Knead the dough and form into a ball.


Roll the keto pasta dough out with a rolling pin. If it sticks, add a bit of almond flour.


Allow the pasta to sit in the fridge for an hour before cutting.


Roll out into thin strips and then cut into the pasta shape of your choice.


Cook the homemade keto pasta like normal and enjoy!
