Keto Quick & Easy Microwavable Almond Flour Bread

Ingredients
 3 tbsp fine almond flour, blanched
 ½ tsp (heaping) baking powder
 ½ tsp Italian seasoning
 1 large egg, beaten
 1 tbsp butter

Combine the dry ingredients in a small bowl.

In a microwavable safe bowl, melt the butter.

Once the butter has cooled, slowly pour in egg while whisking.

Pour in half the dry ingredients and whisk to combine.

Repeat with the second half of the dry ingredients.

Heat in microwave 70–80 seconds.

Using a knife, slowly work your way around the outer edge, loosening the bread, and then remove it.

Using a serrated knife, cut the bread horizontally.

Toast both sides of the bread either in a toaster or over medium heat in a buttered pan.
