Chicken
 1 lb ground chicken breast (chopped into bite-sized pieces)
 ½ cup bean sprouts
 ½ cup snap peas
 2 green onions (chopped)
 1 head butter lettuce
 Salt and pepper to taste
Sauce
 5 tbsp organic coconut aminos
 2 tbsp organic almond butter
 2 garlic cloves (chopped)
 1 tbsp Monk Fruit Sweetener
 ½ tsp garlic powder

Bring a medium-sized skillet to medium-high heat. Add the cut-up chicken.

Use a spatula to move the chicken around until browned and cooked (cut a piece to make sure it’s cooked all the way).

While the chicken is cooking, blend all of the sauce ingredients together.

Once the chicken is cooked, add the sauce mix and blend.

Add the bean sprouts and snap peas.

Cook for another 3 minutes or so.
