These rich, decadent flourless keto avocado brownies are the perfect sugar-free alternative to traditional brownies. These call for keto chocolate chips, but you can also add in your favorite low-carb nuts (like pecans, walnuts, and macadamia nuts).
Note: for a chewier brownie, add an additional packet of unflavored gelatin. For a less chewy brownie, reduce the amount of gelatin used.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and grease a brownie pan.
In a blender or using a hand mixer, blend the avocado until cream.
Stir in all other ingredients, besides the chocolate chips, and blend until smooth.
Stir in the keto chocolate chips.
Pour the keto avocado brownie batter into the greased pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
Allow your keto avocado brownies to cool before serving.
