Need a grab n’ go meal before you head out the door? Well, these Keto Bacon and Cheese Egg Bites will do just the trick.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Line a muffin tin tray
In a large mixing bowl, whisk all 12 eggs together.
Fill about 12 muffin tins with the egg mix (fill about halfway).
In a small mixing bowl, add the chopped bacon, red pepper, green pepper, shredded cheese and chopped spinach.
Place the veggie mix on top of the eggs and top with additional cheese.
Bake for about 15 minutes or until the eggs are set.
