 4 slices of bacon, cooked and chopped
 4 large eggs
 ½ cup salsa
 ½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
 optional: 3 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated

In a bowl, mix together the eggs.

Stir in the salsa, bacon, and cheese.
