Salmon is a great dinner entree option to break up the monotony of steak, chicken, or pork every night on keto. Salmon is packed full of micronutrients, healthy fats, and high-quality protein. This brown "sugar" glazed baked keto salmon is the perfect alternative to traditional brown sugar and soy sauce marinated salmon. It packs all of the tangy & sweet flavors, but with less than 1g of net carbs per serving, none of the sugar!

Ingredients
 1 lb salmon
 4 tbsp keto brown sugar replacement
 1 tsp dijon mustard
 ½ tsp salt
 ¼ tsp black pepper
 2 tbsp soy sauce(can be substituted for coconut aminos)
 1 tsp vinegar

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.

Combine all of the brown sugar glaze ingredients in a bowl (everything but the salmon).

Place the salmon onto the baking sheet and brush the brown sugar glaze onto the salmon.

Bake for 10 minutes.

Optional: broil for an additional 2 minutes after baking for crispier salmon.
