Preheat the oven to 375°F and oil a bread loaf pan.
In a medium bowlm add and whisk dry ingredients.
In a separate bowl add wet ingredients and mix with an electric mixer 2-3 minutes.
Slowly add dry ingredients to the wet and stir until well combined.
Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 35 minutes, to test if the bread is done insert a wooden stick in the middle, it is done if it comes out clean.
Let bread cool before cutting in slices.
