Traditional coleslaw is higher in carbohydrates because of the cabbage. This keto broccoli slaw is the perfect low-carb substitute! It combines the crunchy texture of broccoli, red cabbage, and carrots with smooth mayo and a bite of dijon mustard. This keto broccoli slaw is the perfect side dish for your favorite meals like steak, chicken, or even fish.

 1 bag shredded broccoli / broccoli slaw (about 4 cups)(or shred 4 cups of broccoli yourself)
 ¼ cup red cabbage, shredded
  cup mayonnaise(can be substituted for sugar-free vegan mayo)
 ½ tbsp apple cider vinegar
 1 tbsp olive or avocado oil
 1 tbsp dijon mustard
 1 baby carrot, shredded (optional)
 1 tbsp erythritol
 ¼ tsp celery salt
 salt and pepper to taste

Combine all of the ingredients but the shredded broccoli in a bowl.


Mix this sauce well.


Pour in the shredded broccoli and toss to completely coat.


Place your keto broccoli slaw in the fridge in an airtight container and allow to chill before serving.


Serve your keto broccoli slaw as a side to your favorite protein-sources like steak or chicken!
