It combines the crunchy texture of broccoli, red cabbage, and carrots with smooth mayo and a bite of dijon mustard. This keto broccoli slaw is the perfect side dish for your favorite meals like steak, chicken, or even fish.

 1 bag shredded broccoli / broccoli slaw (about 4 cups)(or shred 4 cups of broccoli yourself)
 ¼ cup red cabbage, shredded
  cup mayonnaise(can be substituted for sugar-free vegan mayo)
 ½ tbsp apple cider vinegar
 1 tbsp olive or avocado oil
 1 tbsp dijon mustard
 1 baby carrot, shredded (optional)
 1 tbsp erythritol
 ¼ tsp celery salt
 salt and pepper to taste

Combine all of the ingredients but the shredded broccoli in a bowl.

Mix this sauce well.

Pour in the shredded broccoli and toss to completely coat.
