Ingredients
 1 lb chicken wings
 ½ tsp baking powder
 ¼ tsp salt
 1 pinch crushed red pepper
 1 pinch black pepper
 1 cup buffalo sauce

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Combine all of the seasoning ingredients (everything but the wings and buffalo sauce) in a large bowl and mix until well combined.

Place the wings in the bowl and toss until evenly coated.

Evenly space out the wings on a baking sheet so that they do not overlap and place them in the oven. Bake for 40 minutes or until crispy and the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.

Once the wings are done cooking, add the buffalo sauce to a large bowl.
