Try enjoying it alone, unsweetened, or with one of your favorite keto sweeteners like allulose, erythritol, monk fruit, or stevia.
Steep the teabag in the hot water for 5-7 minutes.
Remove the teabag and add the MCT oil and butter.
Stir in the MCT oil and butter until well combined. We recommend using a frother or hand blender to make sure it is fully incorporated.
