Ingredients
 3 oz pork rinds, cut into 2" each
 ½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
 2 tbsp cinnamon
 ¼ cup almonds, sliced
 ¼ cup cashews
 ¼ cup stevia
 2 tbsp sugar-free syrup
Directions

In a mixing bowl, add melted coconut oil, sugar-free syrup, stevia, and cinnamon, stirring until well combined.

Stir in pork rinds, making sure that all the pork rinds are well covered with the liquid mix.

Freeze for 15 minutes.
Note: Serve immediately and store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
