It isn't loaded with sugar like the Starbucks version! A tall chai tea latte from Starbucks has 190 calories, 32g of sugar, and 3.5g of fat (as normally prepared). This recipe has less than 20 calories and only 0.1 grams of net carbohydrates (less than 1g of carbs total)!

Ingredients
 1 chai tea bag
 ¼ cup water
 ¾ cup unsweetened coconut milk
 ½ tbsp erythritol
 1 pinch cinnamon
 1 pinch nutmeg
Directions

Add the water to a small saucepan and boil.

Add the chai tea bag and steep for about 10 minutes.
note: the longer you steep the bag, the richer and stronger the chai flavor.

Remove the teabag and stir in the sweetener until fully dissolved.

Reduce the heat to low and stir in the coconut milk.

Optional: using an immersion blender or frother, froth the tea.

Transfer your keto chai tea latte to a mug and garnish with cinnamon and nutmeg on top!
