Keto Cheddar Bay Biscuits

Ingredients
 2 oz cream cheese
 ½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
 1 egg, beaten
 ¼ tsp garlic powder
 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning powder
 2 cups almond flour
 1 tsp baking powder

Preheat the oven to 420°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Mix mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, and almond flour in a microwave safe bowl.

Microwave on high for 1 minute, stir the mixture, and microwave on high for another 30 seconds.

Stir in the egg, seasonings, and baking powder .

Knead with your hands and roll into 6 balls.

Place each ball on the baking sheets and spread out into a biscuit shape.

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
