In a large skillet, heat the oil, mushrooms, green onions, and minced garlic over medium heat.
Cook for 2 minutes.
While the mushrooms are cooking, cut the chicken breast into 4x1" strips.
Season the chicken and add to the skillet.
Pour in the chicken broth.
Cook for 12 minutes or until ready chicken is no longer pink.
