Keto Chili

The seasons are changing and the weather is getting colder. What goes best with a snowy day outside? Why, a big bowl of Keto Chili, of course!

 1 yellow onion, chopped
 2 garlic cloves, chopped
 ½ green pepper, chopped
 ½ red pepper, chopped
 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
 1 tsp chili powder
 1 tsp cumin
 1 tsp dried oregano
 1 (16 oz) can diced tomatoes
 1 cup bone broth
 salt and pepper, to taste
 Optional toppings: shredded cheese, sour cream, diced tomatoes or chopped green onions

In a large non-stick pan over high heat, cook the onion, garlic cloves, green pepper, red pepper for about 3 minutes.

Add the ground beef and seasonings to the pan and cook until the ground beef is browned, using a wood spoon to break into small pieces.

When the beef is browned, add the tomatoes and bone broth to the pan.

Reduce the heat to low and let simmer for about 10-15 minutes or until the chili is cooked to your liking. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.

If desired, serve with the optional toppings and enjoy.
