Keto Chocolate Covered Bacon

Ingredients
 12 thick sliced bacon strips
 1 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
 1 tsp coconut oil
Directions

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Place bacon on a baking sheet and cook until crisp (about 15-20 minutes).

Blot away excess grease with paper towels.

Combine the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwavable safe bowl and melt.

Stir mixture until smooth.

Dip half of the bacon strip in the chocolate mixture.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the bacon on top.

Refrigerate until set and store in the refrigerator.
