Preheat the oven at 375°F and greased the donuts pan
In a bowl, whisk the almond flour, cocoa powder, stevia, baking powder, and salt.
In a different bowl, whisk the eggs, coconut oil, coconut milk, and vanilla extract for about 2 minutes.
Slowly incorporate the dry ingredients into to the wet mixture until you have a homogenous batter.
Pour batter evenly in the pan with a spoon, leaving about 1/2 inch room on top.
Cook for 10-12 minutes or until done.
Note: You can test to see if it is done by inserting a toothpick into the center. If the toothpick comes out clean, it is done.
Allow to completely cool before removing from tins.
Note: Try topping with your favorite sugar-free chocolate, syrups, or whipped cream.
