This chocolate ganache is simple to make and is the perfect topping for your favorite keto dessert.
Bring the bottom of a double broiler to a simmer.
Note: to set up a double broiler, fill a pot about 1/4 of the way full with water and bring it to a boil. Reduce the heat to a simmer and place a bowl that is a little larger than the pot on top. The heat of the water will evenly and gradually heat the ingredients placed in the bowl.
Combine the chocolate chips and heavy cream.
Continue to stir until the chocolate chips are completely melted and well combined with the cream.
Note: if the ganache is too thick for your preference, add more cream.
