This No-Churn Keto Chocolate Ice Cream will be sure to satiate your sweet tooth when you’re craving a delicious nighttime treat.

Prepare a loaf pan with parchment paper. Set aside.

In two different bowls, separate the egg whites from the egg yolks.

In one bowl, whisk the egg whites and add the cream of tartar.

As the egg whites thicken, add in the Monk Fruit Sweetener.

Whisk until they create stiff white peaks.

In another bowl, whisk in the coconut cream.

In the egg yolk bowl, mix in the vanilla extract.

Melt the chocolate chips (30 seconds in the microwave) and mix in with the egg whites.

Slowly fold the whisked egg whites into the whipped cream. Then add the egg yolk mixture and gently fold in using a spatula until well combined.

Place the keto chocolate ice cream in the loaf pan and freeze for at least 4 hours.
