These keto peanut butter chocolate bars taste amazing and are so simple, they don't even require baking! They pack all of the tasty chocolate peanut butter flavors you are craving, without all of the added sugar and carbs! Can you believe that each bar has less than 4g of net carbs?

Ingredients
Peanut Butter Bar
 1 ½ cups almond flour
 8 tbsp butter
 ½ cup confectioners erythritol (we used Swerve)
 ½ cup peanut butter
 ½ tbsp vanilla extract
Chocolate Topping
 1 cup keto chocolate chips(Bake Believe brand used)
 1 tsp coconut oil
Directions

Line a baking dish with parchment paper.

Combine all of the ingredients for the peanut butter bars in a bowl.

Press the peanut butter bar batter into the baking dish.

In a microwavable safe bowl, add the chocolate chips and coconut oil.

Melt the chocolate mixture in 20-second intervals until fully melted. Stir to combine.

Pour the melted chocolate over the bars.

Place your keto peanut butter chocolate bars in the fridge for 2-4 hours.

Cut the keto peanut butter chocolate bars into 16 (4x4) squares and serve.
