Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease and 8" bread pan.
In a medium bowl, mix almond flour, flaxseed meal, baking powder, salt, 1 tablespoon of the cinnamon, and stevia.
In a separate bow,l mix together the wet ingredients until well combined.
Pour half the batter into the greased pan.
Sprinkle the remaining 2 tbsp of cinnamon over top of the batter.
Pour the rest of the batter into the pan.
Using a knife, swirl the batter around to create a pattern with the cinnamon.
Bake in the oven for 35 minutes, or until it is done.
Note: You can test to see if it is done by inserting a toothpick into the center. If the toothpick comes out clean, it is done.
