Toast your bread either in a toaster or on a skillet.
Note: To toast in a skillet, spread a small amount of butter on each side of the bread and heat in a skillet over medium-high heat until golden brown. Flip the bread and do the same on the other side.
Spread 1 tbsp butter to each slice of bread.
Top each slice of bread with half of the erythritol and cinnamon.
