 2 raw chicken breasts (8 oz each)
 1 tsp ground ginger
 1 tsp garlic powder
 1 tsp onion powder
 1 cup coconut milk
 salt and pepper to taste

Heat a skillet over medium heat.


Seasoned the chicken with ginger, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.


Cook each chicken breast in the skillet for about 5 minutes, turning halfway.


Pour in coconut milk.


Simmer on low heat for 10 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked.
