Ingredients
 ½ cup ice
 5 to 6 cups water (start with 5 and add more if needed based on preferred texture)
 ½ cup unsweetened coconut milk
 2 oz lemon juice
 1 pinch salt
 optional: add sweetener of choice for a sweeter drink
Directions

Add all ingredients (ice, water, lemon juice, coconut milk, and salt) to a blender.

Blend together until the coconut lemon drink reaches desired consistency.
Note: add more ice if you'd like a thicker, more slushy like texture.
