Keto Curry Chicken Salad Stuffed Avocados

Ingredients
 1 chicken breast, cooked and shredded (7-8oz)
 1 8" section of celery, diced
 ½ cup mayonnaise
 1 tsp turmeric powder
 1 tbsp curry powder
 ¼ cup sliced almonds
 ¼ cup red onion, minced
 salt and pepper, to taste
 2 drops organic liquid stevia
 1 tbsp fresh cilantro, rough chopped (optional)
 ½ lemon, juiced
 2 avocados, halved, pitted

In a bowl, add all ingredients except chicken, cilantro, onions, celery, and almonds. Mix well to incorporate.

Add chicken, mix. Add onions, celery, and almonds. Mix.

Cut both avocados in half and remove seeds. If there is not enough of a well naturally, scoop some flesh from center.

Fill each cavity with chicken salad.

Garnish with fresh cilantro, serve, and enjoy!
