Ingredients
 2 egg whites
 1 large egg
 1 cup almond flour
 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
 1 oz cream cheese, softened
 ½ cup unsweetened coconut milk
 2 tbsp stevia
 1 tsp baking powder
 ½ tsp baking soda
 ¼ tsp vanilla extract
 1 pinch salt
 2 tbsp coconut butter, melted
Directions

Pre-heat the oven to 375°F and grease the doughnut pan.

In a bowl, mix together all dry ingredients.

In a separate bowl, mix together all wet ingredients, except coconut butter, until foamy.

Slowly mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredient bowl.

Continue mixing until batter is homogeneous.

Evenly pour batter into the doughnut tin, leaving at least ½ inch in each.

Bake for 12-15 minutes or until done.
Note: You can test to see if it is done by inserting a toothpick into the center. If the toothpick comes out clean, it is done.

Remove doughnuts from oven and top with coconut butter.
