Preheat the oven to 450ºF, then grease a casserole dish and set aside.
Mix the garlic and olive oil in a resealable bag.
Add the cauliflower into the bag and toss to combine.
Transfer the mixture into the casserole dish and season with pepper and salt.
Transfer to the oven and bake for about 25 minutes.
Top with parsley and Parmesan cheese.
Broil for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
