Ingredients
 12 oz tuna, in water, drained
 1 cup celery, chopped
 ¼ cup onion, chopped
  cup mayonnaise
 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
 1 tbsp lemon juice
 1 tsp fresh tarragon, choppedOr 1/4 tsp of dried tarragon
 ½ tsp Dijon mustard
 ¼ tsp white pepper, ground
 optional: lettuce leaves
 optional: cherry tomatoes

Combine the tuna, onion, and celery in a bowl.

In another bowl, combine the parsley, mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard, tarragon, and pepper.

Pour the second mixture into the tuna mixture and stir to combine.
