Craving something sweet on keto? Try these crispy on the outside, creamy on the inside keto fried cheesecake bites! These air-fried bites are simple to make but taste amazing! Try them as is, or dipped in keto strawberry sauce, or melted keto chocolate!

Ingredients
 4 oz cream cheese, room temperature
 2 tbsp heavy cream
 ¼ cup powdered erythritol
 ½ tsp vanilla extract
Outer Coating
 4 tbsp almond flour
 1 tbsp granular erythritol
 ½ tsp cinnamon

Combine the room temperature cream cheese, heavy cream, powdered erythritol, and vanilla extract together in a medium bowl.

Once the cheesecake dough is well combined, using a spoon or ice cream scooper, scoop out 8 cheesecake balls.

Place the cheesecake balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet and place in the freezer for at least an hour or until frozen completely.

Mix the outer coating ingredients (almond flour, cinnamon, and erythritol) in a bowl.

Roll each cheesecake bite in the outer coating mixture and really press the coating into the cheesecake ball.

Place in the air fryer and fry at 325 degrees for 3-5 minutes.
