The traditional Keto Green Bean Casserole is go-to during the holidays for individuals following the keto diet looking for a fulfilling dish.

Green Bean Casserole

 1 tbsp olive oil
 1 large white onion (chopped)
 1 cup mushrooms (sliced)
 2 lbs halved green beans
 3 cups homemade cream of mushroom soup
Toppings
 ½ cup almond flour
 2 tbsp dried minced onion
 1 tbsp olive oil

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

In a large skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil and saute the onions and mushrooms for about 10 minutes. Remove from heat.

Cook the green beans on the stove until tender (boil them covered in water for 5 minutes).

In a casserole dish, add the green beans, mushrooms/onion mix and stir together.

In a bowl, add the almond flour dried minced onions and avocado oil. Crumble this topping mixture over the casserole.

Bake for 20 minutes until the top is golden brown.
