Chop the strawberries up into small pieces.
Stir together the yogurt, coconut manna, allulose, and vanilla extract.
Gently fold the 1/2 the strawberry chunks into the yogurt.
Pour the yogurt mixture into a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
Smoothen out the yogurt and the top with the granola and remaining 1/2 strawberry chunks.
Place in the freezer and leave until firm (2–4 hours)
Once the yogurt is solid, remove from the freezer and cut into 9 squares.
