Preheat the oven to 375 °F.
In a 9x6" baking dish, add all of the ingredients and stir until well combined.
Note: If you are using frozen green beans, add less chicken broth because the beans will release more water.
Sprinkle the top with Parmesan cheese.
Bakke for 35 minutes and then broil for an additional 5 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
