Who said the veggies have to be boring? This grilled cabbage recipe is flavor-packed and drizzled in a delicious tangy lime dressing. Enjoy your grilled cabbage alone, or as a side dish to all of your favorite keto entrees! You can also use this grilled cabbage as a base for a salad. It is the perfect healthy, low-carb, summertime side!

 ¼ cup sunflower seed butter
 1 tbsp lime juice
 1 ½ tsp ginger, minced
 1 tbsp tamari
 2 tbsp water
 4 cups Napa Cabbage (core intact, cut into wedges)
 1 ½ tsp avocado oil
 salt and pepper to taste
 ¼ cup cilantro

In a blender or food processor, add the sunflower seed butter, lime juice, ginger, tamari, and water and blend until smooth.


Drizzle the cabbage with oil and season with salt and pepper.


Grill over medium-high heat for about three minutes per side, until charred.


Divide the cabbage onto plates and drizzle with the sauce. Top with cilantro.
