Pre-heat oven to 375ºF. Grease a quiche pan with coconut oil or butter.
Evenly place the ham, cheddar cheese and green onions in the bottom of the prepared quiche pan.
In a medium bowl, whisk to combine the eggs, heavy whipping cream and seasonings.
Pour egg mixture over the the ham mixture in the quiche pan, covering completely.
Place in the oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes until the the quiche is cooked through and the eggs are set. Let cool a few minutes before serving.
