Eggnog by the fireplace is a holiday staple for many and yes, you can still partake in this decadent beverage even if you're keto. This simple recipe can be made with or without alcohol, and it's actually egg-free!

Ingredients
 1 ½ cups unsweetened almond milk
 1 ½ cups unsweetened macadamia nut milk
 4 oz full-fat coconut milk
 ¼ cup keto maple syrup
 ½ tsp cinnamon
 ½ tsp nutmeg
 1 tsp vanilla
 6 oz rum or vodka (optional)
Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender and combine until frothy.

Serve over ice, or heat and serve warm. Garnish with more cinnamon and nutmeg (optional).
