This low-carb keto meatloaf recipe is a super simple dinner recipe. All you need is 8 ingredients and an hour to cook!

 2 lb Ground beef (80/20)
 1/2 cup almond flour
 1/2 large onion, diced
 8 cloves garlic, minced
 3 oz tomato paste
 2 large eggs
 1 tbsp Italian seasoning (or any seasonings you like)

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Lightly grease a 9-inch loaf pan with non-stick cook spray and set aside.

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients until incorporated.

Transfer the mixture into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for 55-60 minutes until the meatloaf is cooked through.

Remove the meatloaf from the oven and lest for 10 minutes before slicing.
