Ingredients
 1 cup diet club soda or unsweetened sparkling water
 ¼ cup rum
 50 g fresh berries (can use blackberries, blueberries,  raspberries, or a mix of all 3)
 2 mint leaves
 2 tbsp lime juice
 2 tbsp erythritol
Directions

Combine the berries, erythritol, lime juice, rum, and mint in a glass.

Using a spoon or muddler, crush the berries and mint leaves in the glass.

Pour the diet club soda over top the mixture and stir.

Garnish your keto mojito with additional berries and/or mint leaves.
