Preheat the oven to 350ºF and grease a bread loaf pan.
Beat the eggs with melted butter and oil in a bowl until creamy and smooth.
Mix the baking powder, almond flour, xanthan gum, and salt in another bowl until well combined. Pour in the egg into the mixture and combine properly to form a batter.
Transfer the batter into the pan and smooth out the top using a spatula.
Place in the oven and bake for about 45 minutes or until a tooth pick inserted into the middle comes out clean.
