These 3-ingredient Keto Peanut Butter Balls are the perfect treat to grab on the go!

 2 cups peanut butter
 ½ cup Monk Fruit Sweetener
 ¾ cup coconut flour

Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.


In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add all the ingredients together and blend well.


If the mixture is too thick, add some unsweetened almond milk.


Using your hands, form small balls with the dough and place on the baking sheet. (The mix should make about 40).


Refrigerate the balls for about 30 minutes or more.
