These keto nut clusters are simple to make, take less than 5 ingredients, and are the perfect low-carb sweet treat!
Line a baking sheet or large plate with parchment paper.
Lay the whole pecans out in clusters on the baking sheet. This recipe will make about 12 keto nut clusters.
Add the chocolate chips and coconut oil to a microwavable safe bowl.
Melt the chocolate by microwaving in 20-second intervals, stirring in between to ensure the chocolate doesn't burn.
Evenly pour the melted chocolate over the pecans to create the clusters.
Sprinkle some of the chopped pecans on top of each keto nut cluster.
Place in the fridge for at least 1 hour to allow the nut clusters to firm.
Enjoy and store your keto nut clusters in the fridge!
