vegetarian keto palmini spaghetti

Ingredients
 2 tbsp garlic, minced
 ½ lb ground beef
 salt and pepper to taste
 1 cup organic, sugar-free spaghetti or pasta sauce
 1 can Palmini
Directions

In a skillet over medium heat add the garlic, cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly preventing it from burning

Add ground beef, salt, and pepper, cook until brown

Add spaghetti sauce, let it simmer for another 5 minutes and remove from heat.

While meat sauce is cooking, drain and rinse the Palimini thoroughly.

Cook the drained and rinsed Palmini in boiling water for 5 minutes.

Drain Palmini, and toss with pasta sauce.
