Ingredients
Pancakes
 6 egg whites
 2 large eggs
 2 oz cream cheese, softened
 1 cup coconut flour
 2 tbsp coconut flour
 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
 3 tbsp stevia
 1 tbsp whole psyllium husk
 ½ tsp vanilla extract
 1 tsp baking powder
 ¼ tsp salt
Frosting
 2 oz cream cheese, softened
 1 tbsp butter
 2 tbsp powdered peanut butter
 3 tbsp unsweetened coconut milk
 2 tbsp powdered stevia or confectioners Swerve
 ½ tsp vanilla extract
Directions

Beat the eggs, egg whites, and cream cheese until the batter is creamy.

Mix in coconut flour, psyllium husk, stevia, baking powder, and vanilla extract until well combined (1-2 minutes)

Slowly add in the milk, continuing to mix until batter is thick and creamy.

Heat a greased skillet or griddle over medium-heat.

Using a ⅓ measuring cup, pour dough onto skillet/griddle.

Cook the pancakes for about 2-3 each side.

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, slowly incorporating in the milk.

Drizzle frosting over warm pancakes.
